Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic Execution: Lead daily operations across production, scheduling, quality, and inventory, aligning departmental goals with company-wide objectives.

Team Leadership: Inspire, develop, and manage a high-performance team across multiple operational departments; foster a culture of accountability and innovation.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to maximize productivity, reduce waste, and increase throughput while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, and HR to ensure alignment across departments and seamless customer delivery.

KPI Management: Monitor and report on key operational metrics; drive performance using data-informed decisions and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements (OSHA, ISO, etc.) and uphold the highest safety standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)

Experience: 7+ years of senior-level operations leadership in a manufacturing or engineering environment
